We all know simbu is in New York for his VTV shoot. The shoot got completed a week ago and Simbu is still in New York and working on his Vaaliban and he is planning to give his fans a new look , so he is working with a Hollywood makeup man. He met and had his ideas with him.

Have a Happy and safe Diwali.

Diwali is back again with all its fun and splendour. The festival of lights brings with it worship, brightly lit lamps, new clothes, sweets and of course crackers. Crackers are an inevitable part of the festival. But however they have to be handled properly to avoid any fire hazards. Here are some few simple but very important steps to burst crackers safely for a safe Diwali.
Safety measures while using crackers
►Always burst crackers under the supervision of adults
►Look for an open space and ensure there are no combustible and inflammatory things around. If so remove them at once
►Always buy fire works for licensed and reliable sellers
►Ensure that you wear a cotton outfit
►Use a sparkler, agarbathi or a long fire wood to burst a cracker as they keep you at a safe distance and do not possess open flames
►Strictly avoid using matches and lighters for bursting crackers as they have open flames which can be dangerous
►Keep small children away from the bursting area
►Read the label on the crackers and follow the instructions carefully.
►Never ignite aerial fireworks (like rockets) if there is any overhead obstruction present like trees and wires etc.
►While igniting aerial fire works like rockets ensure that they are not facing any opening like an open window, door or an open building which, may cause fire accidents.
►Never ever leave a lit match, ararbathi or sparkler s near unused crackers.
►Never experiment with crackers or make your own fire works
►Avoid bursting fire works on roads
►Never ever light a cracker in your hand. See to it that you put it down and ignite it.
►Don't keep your face close to the cracker while trying to ignite it.
►Do not throw fire works at people
►Strictly avoid children from handling fireworks
►Never try to burst crackers indoors or from inside a vehicle.
►Keep first aid and a bucket full of water handy.
►Do not have fire works in your pocket while igniting another
►And always see to it that you burst only one at a time
►Do not tend to burst crackers when some one else is trying to ignite one
►When crackers take time or do not ignite immediately, do not indulge in trying to burst them. Rush to a safe place immediately. Throw some water to diffuse them.
►Malfunctioning fireworks should be abandoned.
►Ensure that you follow these steps seriously while opting to ignite fireworks for a happy and a safe Diwali.

Simbu at FEFSI(11.10.2009)
On 11th there was function held by FEFSI(FILM EMPLOYEES FEDERATION OF SOUTH INDIA). It was held in Nehru Indoor Stadium Simbhu came by 8'o clock and there was a huge cheer up from the crowd.He waved his hand towards the crowd.Then he spoke few words about the technicians.Then crowd requested to sing Without any hesitationhe just sang the song "Loosu Penne".And crowd asked Simbu for a dance.Without any hesitation he danced too for the song "Nakka Mukka".
